Data use boundary
Form files, candidate email addresses, roles, business audience information, and email drafts may contain personal or commercially sensitive information. The system only uses this data to create this site's workspace, generate cell tasks, completion results, source records, and email drafts; network completion is only executed when the user turns on allowing the Internet, and the source is displayed in the results. Current 10 role review supplements: Upload files and parsed content, row-level cells, candidate mailboxes, recipients, email bodies, prompts, input/output summaries, source_trace, approval records, and export reports are all considered potentially sensitive data. ; Internet retrieval must be verified by the server user selection and consent_version; Internet tools must not be called without authorization. ; Exports, logs, error messages, and source details must by default avoid exposing undesensitized personal information, commercially sensitive information, system prompts, or internal prompts. ;Deletion and retention policies must describe workspaces, tasks, sources, drafts, approval logs, export files, audit logs, backup cascading scope, and exceptions. ; When the sending channel is not configured, is not approved, is unsubscribed/no longer contacted, is repeatedly reached, or has insufficient permissions, no real sending is allowed.
Data retention
Workspace data, task records, source records, email drafts, and approval logs are retained for 180 days by default; administrators can delete them in advance. After deletion, it will no longer be used for new tasks, but exported reports and user download files need to be managed by the user themselves.
Human responsibility and rollback
This product handles business forms, public web pages, and draft emails that may include candidate email addresses. AI completion and email content may be wrong, out of date, or not suitable for direct use; users must review the source, fields, and recipients before using them for business communication.
Rollback only means restoring the cell value, AI task status, email draft version or approval status in the workspace of this site to the previous record; when this product is not connected to an external production system, it will not and cannot roll back the real status in the external database, recruitment system, customer system or email service.
